A book of short tales about the Dorćol, oldest district of Belgrade.
Our task was to create the promotional material for a luxury residential development. It is located in a historic district in central Belgrade – Dorćol.
We had the insight that most of potential buyers would like to become a part of district Dorćol. They want to fit into the neighbourhood and to become Dorćolci.
We didn’t want to have the classic eyewitness materials, so we opted for the content marketing. We proposed writing a book of short stories and to describe the rich history of this (bon vivan) city quarter.
The book contains 19 stories. It is luxuriously printed and rich in historical photographs and illustrations.
The client appears as the publisher of the book. As a result the project also has a CSR character.
